What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Under GDPR, we have a legal duty to protect any personal information we collect from you. We do not pass on your details to any third party or other government department.

How do we collect information?

We obtain personal information from you when you enquire about our activities, register with us, sign up to our events, or otherwise provide us with personal information.

What information do we collect?

We collect information such as names, e-mail addresses, postal addresses, telephone numbers, and in the case of online payments your credit/debit card details.

How do we use this information?

We will use your personal information to provide you with the information you have requested and for administration purposes. When you provide your details you will be asked to confirm if you wish this to happen. You can change your mind at any time by contacting us.

Use of cookies

A cookie is a small text file created by your browser and stored on the hard drive of your computer if you agree. There are two main types: Session and Non-session Cookies. Non-session Cookies are a means of websites remembering information that would otherwise be lost when your browser is closed (as is the case for session cookies).
